The First
Conference will be:
Wednesday Evening May
12th, 2004, St. Mary's Hospital, In Waterbury from 6:30pm
to 8pm
The speaker will be a local Connecticut physician Dr.
David Dreyfus, M.D.,P.H.D. The title of the lecture will
be "Epstein-Barr Virus and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
revisited." Dr. Dreyfus is a specialist in
Allergy/Asthma and Immunology with offices in Waterbury
and Southbury Connecticut.
The Second Conference
will be:
Saturday Afternoon May
22nd, 2004, Milford Library In Milford from 1:00 pm to
3:00 pm There will be 2 speakers: Attorney Sheldon
Mossberg & Attorney Mark Carey
Attorney Mossberg will be Speaking on: Recent trends and
developments in Social Security Disability Law and
CFIDS/FM
Attorney Carey will be speaking on: Disability Law
Pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and
long term disability claims pursuant to employer welfare
benefit plans governed by the Employee Retirement Income
Security Act (ERISA)

From the North: (Thomaston, Torrington, Winsted, Etc.)
Route 8 South to I-84. East on I-84 Exit 22 (Downtown
Waterbury/ Baldwin St.). Left at the traffic light onto
South Main St. Right at the next traffic light on Union
St. Right at the next traffic light onto South Elm St.
Quick left into the parking garage.
From the East: (Cheshire, Southington, Hartford, etc.)
I-84 West to Exit 22 (Union St.). Left at end of exit
onto Union St. Left at the traffic light onto South Elm
St. You will actually pass the main hospital building on
right, conference center on left at corner of South Elm
and Union. Quick left into the parking garage (Sacred
Heart High is on the right).
From the South: (Naugatuck, Seymour, Bridgeport, etc.)
Route 8 North to I-84 East. East on I-84 to Exit 22
(Downtown Waterbury/Baldwin St. Left at the 2nd traffic
light onto South Main St. Right at the next traffic light
on Union St. Right at the next traffic light into South
Elm St. Quick left into the parking garage.
From the West: (Middlebury, Southbury, Danbury, etc.)
I-84 East to Exit 22 (Downtown Waterbury/Baldwin St.)
Left at the traffic light onto South Main St. Right at
the next traffic light on Union St. Right at the next
traffic light onto South Elm St. Quick left into the
parking garage.
Directions to Milford Library
From I 95 West/South: Exit 39A at end of ramp take a
right onto Post Rd. go to light make a left onto Locust
St. (one block long) *Go to light and make a right onto
Cherry St. You will pass a shopping center on your left.
Just past the ShopRite get into left hand lane go to
light, make a left onto Gulf St. Go to light (this will
be New Haven Ave. or route 162) Make a right onto New
Haven Ave go to light (Library will be diagonally across
and to your left) make a left the Library is on the right
hand side parking is in the back, enter library from
parking lot level.
From I 95 North/East: Exit 39A-go straight. Go to second
light and make a left onto locust St. Follow directions
