ACT CONCERNING CHRONIC FATIGUE Section 1. (NEW) The commissioner of health services shall implement using existing structures, state-wide informational outreach programs on chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome. The programs shall include medical and patient education programs and public awareness campaigns. Sec. 2.
The commissioner of health services shall submit a report
of the outreach programs, described in section 1 of this
act, to the joint standing committee of the general
assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public
health, in accordance with the provisions of section
11-4a of the general statutes, on or before January 7,
1994.
